SIHSS challenges you to seek knowledge and to develop your professional skills. You can learn to manage, protect, and analyze data in degree programs in computer information systems, hone your critical thinking and analytical skills studying human society and culture in the humanities and social sciences, pursue your passion in the broad and growing field of communication, understand and influence your followers in organizational leadership, and combine your creativity with technical expertise in media arts. Students enjoy our modern facilities, including the Academic Media Center, Writing Center, Oral History Center, and the extensive studio and gallery space within Wheatley Center, the school’s home. Wheatley is a custom-designed living/learning facility with classrooms, a homework lab, a cafe, a skylit atrium, a screening room and a student lounge. Bachelor’s degree programs in Cyber Forensics & Information Security, Information Sciences and Computer Information Systems are ABET-CAC accredited.
